Horses for Courses
All the fun of the races and a sure fire winner for a fabulous evening’s entertainment!
‘Horses for Courses’ sorts the rookies from the bookies as your guests gamble away their fun money in an attempt to ‘clean up’ after the race!
Towards the end of your dinner, our Clerk of the Course introduces himself and explains the format of the evening to your guests. Our friendly Tote staff will greet your guests and provide them with Fun Money to be used for "betting". After a brief introduction, the Tote opens for the first race and your guests are invited to "place their bets".
The race is shown in colour on a giant screen and after the horses pass the post, winnings are paid. Betting then opens for the next Race.
The objective is to accumulate as much money as possible without the financial pain of discovering that your selection would have been better suited to ferrying children on Blackpool sands!
