Project of the Month

Each month we choose a project of the month to highlight the scope of the activities that KDM are involved with. The aim is to provide you with a little insight into life at KDM and the variety of the work that we do.

Project 'Save The Nation'
We were approached by a client to devise a team building event with a strategic angle to be delivered during their annual conference.

Following a move of offices, the client's main objectives were to reinforce social awareness and bring teams together. Understanding the client's brief, we proposed a strategic planning event titled ‘Save The Nation’ that sees teams assume responsibility for the recovery and development of a fictitious nation which is recovering from a natural disaster.

Working in teams, groups were tasked to play to their strengths on their journey to plan and implement each phase of their nationwide recovery programme.

Team members took responsibility for different ministerial roles within their country and the elected leader had to balance all the demands placed on the country’s available resources and still make effective decisions on the best way to lead the nation on its return to prosperity.

The teams' ability to communicate, problem solve, strategically plan and react to constantly changing political, social and media agenda was put under the spotlight in this true test of team and nation building.

Indoor Team Building

The client was extremely pleased with this engaging and inspiring event that puts business and teamwork to the test. Delegates were passionate and determined throughout the task, using skills and building relationships that will be transferred back to the workplace.

Save The Nation is an event of tactical preparation, strategic thinking and teamwork. Only teams with the coolest heads and best planning in place will survive and thrive!
