The Apprentice

You could be the project manager, the accountant, the designer, the sales executive or the tea boy, but no matter what your role, you definitely won't want to hear those dreaded words ..... "You're Fired!"

Each guest must act as an integral member of a team to succeed, but there can only be one winner. So it's every man and woman for themselves in this race to win the ultimate accolade, as you do battle to become 'The Apprentice'.

Undertaking a series of tasks, head to head against your rivals, candidates must first elect a 'project manager' to take responsibility for the task and then perform as a team in a bid to secure victory and avoid facing the firing line.

Success on each task is rewarded with a cash prize and failure results in sackings, as members of the losing team face the judges and seek to justify their actions to avoid being fired.

At the end of each task some guests will move between teams who then start afresh on their next task.

This event is great for:

Encourages time management skills, creative thinking and role definitions within a group structure.
