The celebration brief

For our client’s Annual Employee Awards party, we were briefed to help provide WP with the best solutions to deliver a slick, professional evening awards ceremony and party.

Our client needed technical advice on the best staging, screens and sound for the venue space selected. Coupled with show format, script and music options to give the right fit for the audience demographic and tone of the Company Stars Awards. Of course Table dressing, Room theming and Entertainment were just as important and the client was keen to keep as much as possible packaged together to be delivered by our KDM full-time staff.

Key areas delivered:

  • Event production including AV design (KDM equipment and staff)

  • Entertainment package including a live band, digital photo studio, photographers and mix/mingle entertainers
  • Risk assessments, method statements, floorplans, insurance and entertainers’ compliance document checks
  • Live event delivery and AV support (KDM equipment and staff)
  • Live event staffing and awards show delivery

All equipment used is owned and operated by KDM and during the live event, our Project Management & AV team looked after all delegate and awards presenter requirements. As well as theming the venue and managing the awards show, all entertainers and delivery by the venue were overseen by our team.
