This client contacted us early 2023, having collaborated with us prior to the COVID pandemic. They were planning their upcoming management conference at De Vere Cranage Hall and approached KDM as they required our expertise to help deliver an outdoor team building event and evening entertainment as part of their 2-day conference. As a global company, employees from various countries across Europe were attending the event, therefore we needed to offer an event that was inclusive of all nationalities. The client wanted us to deliver a fun activity to break up the day of conference and provide an event that guests of all abilities would be able to take part in.
To discuss the event details, the client visited our offices, and we explored various team building ideas. Ultimately, we agreed on our Country Sports Event as the best fit for their outdoor team build. Country Sports brought the guests together in a fun atmosphere whilst learning new skills and participants gained as much ‘hands on’ experience as possible. We chose a package featuring typical British outdoor activities from Sheep Dog Handing to Welly Wanging, Rifle Shooting, Archery and more. This was an all-round enjoyable activity for all ages and abilities.
The client was also looking for after dinner entertainment to keep the atmosphere going throughout the evening. We decided on the idea of various racing simulators and arcade games such as F1 Racing Seats, Catch the Light reaction game and our 8 Lane Scalextric, taking guests back to their childhood with these retro arcade games the fun carried on through the whole night!
