What did we create?
The destination target area was Southwest of the UK, with good road and rail links. In the search for an unconventional conference venue. A number of ex-industrial, entertainment and educational options were put forward…and the client was so delighted with We the Curious Science Museum that all other options fell by the wayside! Using the top floor of the museum for the meeting and breakout spaces, the client was able to take advantage of the outdoor terraced seating areas and views over Bristol.
Our AV set provided the branded staged platform for all the presentations and speakers, whilst the museum exhibits gave a funky background to host the in-house product fashion show and first night pre-dinner drinks!
Bedrooms and dinner at the nearby Mercure Holland House rounded off the first day and then the second morning of the conference saw the guests venturing out into city centre Bristol to enjoy a GPS team building session. Combined with workshop breakout sessions that afternoon, the 2-day package provided the perfect quirky combination of corporate with fun!
