What the client needed from their event
Teaming up with The Conference People, our collaborative effort orchestrated a dynamic team-building event for 130 guests, unfolding on the picturesque lawns adjacent to the Grand in Eastbourne. The chosen activity, the Crystal Mazed team-building experience, was tailored to challenge various facets of teamwork. However, the journey encountered unexpected hurdles during the Land Hire Application process with the council. Through close collaboration. KDM navigated these challenges, compiling and submitting the required documents such as; the Event Management Plan, Risk Assessment, and Event Site Map.
Amidst the planning process, an unforeseen twist arose when the client expressed a desire for a more relaxed setting, complete with a laid-back lunch. The structured nature of Crystal Mazed initially clashed with this informal ambiance.
Through collaborative brainstorming with both the agent and client, we found a harmonious compromise, ensuring that the event seamlessly integrated with the casual lunch atmosphere. Feedback from The Conference People was overwhelmingly positive and participants’ had a memorable event.
This demonstrates our team’s adaptability and unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional events, even in the face of unforeseen challenges.
