What the client needed from their event
This was the second year we had collaborated with our client to deliver their annual conference.
As well as full conference management and AV equipment, we were tasked to source and negotiate a venue with outstanding commitment to sustainability. Wyboston Lakes Resort was therefore selected, which fitted the brief perfectly.
Pre-event and live event support were provided as well as creating and managing a bespoke event website and branded event app.
The bespoke app allowed delegates to interact, post comments, communicate, create networking opportunities and register for workshops. KDM’s support also included the booking and invoicing of the industry partners for the event.
