Over the past few months, the demand for live events has been back with a bang. We have also still had requests for virtual events. This particular client wanted a mix of both. The brief consisted on a large team building event for the live face to face audience, along with a small virtual event, for those that couldn’t attend in person.
The client was in the early stages of planning the event, this was their first event since the pandemic. The client needed our expertise to help deliver both a live and virtual event, which was due to run at the same time, they were also really keen to measure the success from the live events, to gain a better understanding of how successful teams events are.
After the final details were confirmed and all was in place for the event, it was time to deliver. We provided two team building events during the day, (one live, one virtual), followed by a Quiz in the evening to finish their day off after dinner.
We also provided our very successful event measurement app, this is KDM’s bespoke APP that will help measure the success of your events by using our objectives focused system, enabling you to tangibly see the effect and results of your event within 24 hours!
