Overseas Incentives

In conjunction with our incentive partner Purple Dog we understand what makes a programme stand out… the need to incorporate elements that an individual could not arrange for themselves. See below a sample itinerary for a client that wanted to genuinely take the breath away from its well-travelled executives… they might be described as the ‘been there, done that’ crowd!

It goes without saying that the basics will be taken care of safely; flights, hotel and ground arrangements – all at discounted group rates, however, what makes them stand proud is their ability to surprise, whatever your budget.  This boils down to the connections they have and the way in which they fully interrogate your brief in order to provide a solution that will ‘wow’ and provide your audience with pub bragging rights!

You are in safe hands.  Here is what a supplier and a client have to say about their relationship with our incentive travel partner:

Managing Director, The Aspiration Company – Chris has been the outstanding service provider, in this sector in the UK over the past 15 or more years for us. His mastery of client needs at corporate events meant we could commission him for major incentive travel projects and recommend him to our own top clients without reservation. They deliver superb results!

Vice President Sales, The Americas at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts – PDS has a highly demanding client base working in an extremely competitive market. They have the ability to manage all partnerships with clients and suppliers in a way which creates a win win situation. I have always found Chris, their Principal, to be a true professional whenever we have done business together. We also manage to have fun at the same time which can be a rare thing these days!

There is an art to buying incentive travel; group rates for air and hotel can be significantly less than buying directly. That said, ‘added value’ is also negotiated on your behalf.  Our partners ensure that nothing is off the shelf, it takes a few days to put together, but the wait will be worth it.  Fee structures vary and are dependent on how your organisation prefers to receive them.  They may be percentage of turnover, daily rates, or a mix of both.  Either way, costs are transparent and fully detailed.
