With guests allocated into teams to represent an adopted country, the event commences with everyone participating in a lively aerobic warm up session, delivered by our Head Coach and his team! Once bodies are warmed and muscles gently stretched competitors from each country will compete in a selection of official events designed to test skill, stamina and team spirit, including shooting, archery and the infamous track & field!
Competitors from each country will compete in a selection of the following events.
Sports Disciplines:
In some events two or more competitors will compete as individuals to win points for their country whilst in others, team members will form a small team to represent their adopted nation. As well as the Sports Disciplines, the group shall also tackle a selection of Track & Field.
