When planning corporate events, first impressions matter. For this contract signing ceremony, creating the right atmosphere from the moment guests entered the venue was a key priority. Working closely with the OHB Space team, we designed a clean, contemporary event environment that aligned with the company’s brand values and innovative reputation.
The warehouse space was transformed using grey felt set panels that provided a sleek backdrop for speeches, presentations and photography. A stylish black stage and truss lectern created a focal point for the contract signing, while professional lighting and AV production ensured maximum impact throughout the event.
As specialists in corporate events management, our team carefully considered every detail to ensure a seamless guest experience. From registration through to the celebratory toast, guests enjoyed a well-organised and professional event that reflected the importance of the investment announcement.
Catering and Guest Experience
Alongside the event production, KDM Events sourced and managed all catering requirements. Guests enjoyed a delicious lunch buffet alongside a selection of hot and cold refreshments available throughout the day.
To encourage networking and conversation, nine poseur tables dressed with matching black Lycra cloths were positioned around the venue. Following the official signing ceremony, guests gathered to raise a glass of prosecco and celebrate the exciting next chapter for OHB Space.
Our dedicated event staff were on hand throughout the day to coordinate logistics, support speakers and ensure the event ran smoothly from start to finish. A professional photographer captured key moments, providing a collection of high-quality images documenting this important milestone.
