On 17 April 2026, Holdcroft (Hanley in Stoke-on-Trent) partnered with KDM Events to deliver a memorable Showroom Showcase event celebrating an impressive milestone – 60 years in business. Bringing together 80 guests, including valued customers, business contacts and prospective clients, the event was designed to celebrate the company’s rich heritage while showcasing its modern facilities and future ambitions.

When planning a milestone celebration, creating the right environment is essential. The event was hosted within Holdcroft’s impressive showroom, a bright and contemporary space that provided the perfect backdrop for an informal yet professional gathering.
Working closely with the Holdcroft team, KDM Events developed bespoke promotional materials designed to align with the company’s branding and anniversary messaging. These materials were displayed throughout the venue, helping to reinforce the occasion while guiding guests through the event experience.
The showroom itself was carefully configured to accommodate presentations, networking opportunities and guest interaction. A dedicated staging area created a focal point for speeches and announcements, while the surrounding vehicle displays allowed guests to explore the facility and experience the Holdcroft brand first-hand.
A key objective of the event was to bring together past, present and future customers in a relaxed environment that encouraged conversation and relationship building. To support this, poseur tables dressed with stylish black Lycra covers were positioned throughout the showroom, creating informal networking spaces where guests could connect with colleagues, members of the Holdcroft team and fellow attendees.
