What do I need to provide you with during the planning stages?

Before we work our magic, there are a few things we need to know such as:

  • The proposed date of your event;
  • The location;
  • Number of guests;
  • Your objectives;
  • Your budget.

Once we know the basics, we can provide you with a quote and get the ball rolling on your event. That being said, if you feel you need a bit of advice in any of these areas, we can help! With 30 years’ of experience and four M&IT Event Provider of the Year under our belt, we know all there is to know about event management and our Event Managers would be happy to share!
