What is your refund and cancellation policy?

As standard we ask for a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance paid 7 days prior to the event. Our cancellation policy works on a sliding scale depending on the amount of notice that you give. However,we always endeavour to allow you to swap to a new event date, and currently offer highly flexible terms due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
