About Kate

With a background originating in Outdoor Leadership, Kate obtained her BA Degree on the subject with specialities including Teaching and Learning styles, Group Dynamics, and Leadership Theory. Naturally, this led to work as a Rock Climbing and Caving instructor in France as well a 10-year career as a certified Ski Instructor in California.

After returning to the UK permanently in 2015, she joined KDM Events as a member of our Sales Team until late 2019 – and after a 2 year stint outside the industry, we were happy to welcome her back to our sales team family in 2022!

Using her expertise, Kate works on our Agents and Venues Team, and always strives to find the right event to fit client needs; whether this is Teambuilding, Evening Events, Conferences, or any KDM service offerings.
