Pricing & Cancellations

If you have been tasked with looking into the company event, party or conference & wanting to gain an understanding of price… whilst the possibilities are endless, please see below for an indication of pricing – please note that all prices are excl VAT.

  • Team Building – there are a huge number of variables, for example, we can provide a selection of simple informal games with our minimum spend of £850.

However, for team-based events requiring an appropriate number of staff & equipment to engage your whole group together, this will likely range from £40 to £80 per head – please do note that per head costs will always be higher for smaller groups, and vice versa.

  • Evening Entertainment – individual entertainers usually start from £500, informal entertainment from £850 & team-based events such as quiz nights from £1,500 or £20 per head.
  • Themed Evenings – we have a minimum spend of £1,000 (includes 2 staff for setup), and table dressing for your theme is from £21 per person – so the world is your oyster to create anything from simple yet elegant table dressing only, to extravagant props, lighting & entertainers depending on your vision & of course your budget!
  • Venue Finding – we do not charge for finding venues on your behalf, as instead we are paid a modest commission by the hotel/venue of your choice.
  • Conference Management – this is charged on either an hourly or per project basis, the cost is very much dependent on your requirements.

The Covid pandemic caused us all to review many things… one of which for ourselves, was the need to be more flexible with our cancellation policy.

Hence if you have to postpone or cancel an event for any reason, then any amounts due or paid will be held as a credit on account towards a rebooked event, to take place within 6 calendar months of your original event date.

However, in the interests of balance and fairness to ourselves as a company and our staff, any postponements or cancellations within 21 days of the planned event date shall incur the following deductions from the amount of credit that can subsequently be used towards a rebooked event:

  • £200 for each member of the event crew due to work on the event (we insist on paying our crew in full for short-notice cancellations)
  • A minimum administration charge of £250 (which may increase depending on the nature and complexity of your event), to compensate us for the huge amount of time that goes into rescheduling each postponed or cancelled event, not to mention the preparation work which has already taken place
  • Any such deductions from this credit as detailed above shall be fully explained in writing, as we insist on complete transparency
  • Please note that in instances where we have brought in specialist 3rd party suppliers to deliver your event, no such credit on the account can be guaranteed as this may be beyond our control
