With our expert chef on hand with professional tips and techniques, your group will enjoy the freedom of the delicious Canapé Creations Challenge
Whether a novice in the kitchen or the next Gordon Ramsey, culinary skills are not essential as we guide you through the wonderful world of stylish and contemporary cuisine.
Available in a competitive format or as informal fun, our professional chef will demonstrate the composition of a range of luxury canapés to include, blinis and bases, roulards, skewered canapés, tomato shots and risotto balls. Then, with their appetites enthused, the chef will hand over to the group to have a try for themselves.
The event begins with an introduction from your chef to the corner stone of effective canapé making – menu planning and time management. After a demonstration by the chef, your teams of 4-6 will get hands on in a practical session where all guests will make their own:
