An exciting and exhilarating way of motivating and integrating staff from all areas of the company. The sport’s amazing appeal is its ability to get everyone working together in a short space of time!
After a short welcome to the wonderful world of chocolate, your teams are challenged with designing and making a mouthwatering box of unique chocolates! We supply the expertise, ingredients, microwaves, utensils, and aprons…all you need is your imagination!
Teams can melt, mix, crumble and chop a delicious array of ingredients to create their sugary treats….so no two boxes of chocolates will be the same.
Finishing touches and branding all form part of the test, so your teams will need to become streamlined efficient chocolate factories to succeed in this challenge!
The event starts with a brief introduction to how the racing works and what to expect. We will then organise the teams, get them kitted out and cover the following safety points:
Each team will have a minimum of three timed races to see who qualifies for the final challenge! We will take each team’s best time only and sort them into fastest time order. The top teams will then race once more in a Grand Final to see who will be crowned Dragon Boat Champions!
