Ever fancied the opportunity to get one over your landlord… our take on the classic board game will offer you the chance!
- Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours
- Requirements: Suitable Outdoor Space
- Group Size: 8 -192
Involving elements of efficiency, time management, creativity, and ‘driving’ skill – everyone will find an area in which to excel
Some teams may resemble a slick ‘F1’ operation and some teams may look like they could audition for the ‘Wacky Races’ but this just adds to the depth and success of this event.
The participants don’t need to be experienced mechanics or engineers as our experienced event staff will be on hand to help teams along the way. Like any team in the workplace everyone has different levels of individual experience and talents which need to be drawn to become one successful team!
Laid out as ‘garage’ areas for each team, efficiency and planning is needed in the building of the karts as the teams decide upon the best way to use their tools and equipment to construct the kart.
Once built, the karts have to re-built in the fastest possible time.
The all important team branding is added, its then off to the track for race time! Safety checks finished teams put their karts to the true test! With time trails, relay laps and reversing skills tested
Please see the following selection of images taken at a recent Race to Success team building event – does your team contain the next Lewis Hamilton?!
