Rags to Riches is a fast-paced outdoor team building activity designed to get colleagues communicating, competing and working together in the fresh air. This energetic inter-team challenge combines strategy, decision-making and light-hearted competition as teams gamble their way towards becoming the ultimate winners.
Each round gives teams the chance to win or lose a fortune through a series of fun head-to-head challenges. Participants must decide when to play it safe and when to take a risk, using their pretend money to outsmart the opposition and build the biggest pot. This team build works well for groups looking for a lively team building event that encourages collaboration, communication and friendly rivalry.

When the final round of this outdoor team building activity is complete, teams count their cash under the watchful eye of the Master of Ceremonies. Amid the cheers and friendly jeers of their fellow contestants, the winning team makes its way to the front for a lively victory presentation.
These outdoor team building games require thought, skill and quick decision-making, but the real focus is on strategy, teamwork and fun. Every challenge encourages colleagues to communicate clearly, support each other and work together to achieve the best result.
Each member of the team will need to work together, using their individual strengths and talents to help their group succeed. Guests are divided into an even number of teams, usually made up of five to eight people, and we select the most suitable outdoor team building challenges from the available games to match the size and style of the group.
Your guests will be divided into an even number of teams comprising between five and eight guests and we will select games from the following to suit the group size.
Table Football: A frantic game of table-top football with a bonus for the victors and nothing for the losers. Should there be a draw at full time the winner is decided with a golden goal or your money back.
Basketball Shoot Out: The pressure is on as each team seeks to shoot as many baskets as possible in a head-to-head race against the clock!
Giant Bar Skittles: A simple yet tricky game as each team member seeks to knock down as many pins as possible.
Quoits: A traditional game played on a decorative backboard with accuracy and a light touch needed to throw the hoops onto the pegs.
Golf Chipping: Do you have the golfing prowess to chip your Teams way to success?
Lawn Darts: The traditional game with a twist with teams vying to ‘go round the clock’ in the fastest possible time or outscore an opponent.
Cornhole: Using your accuracy and throwing skills, the aim of the game is to land the bags either on the board or through one of the holes for maximum points!
Giant Connect 4: Strategy and skill combine where players must get four of the discs in either a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line.
Coconut Shy: Big ones, small ones, some as big as your head… Try your luck and give it your best shot as we transport you back to the palm fringed beaches of the Caribbean.
At the end of the action-packed programme the winnings will be counted. The team with the most money will be declared the winners!
