Introduction

Maldron Hotel Belfast City is one of the newest hotels located in the heart of the city centre (just a 2 minute walk to Belfast City Hall).

We are a 4* modern and stylish hotel with 237 bedrooms offering a variety of room types.  All of our rooms are designed with comfort in mind and have modern amenities such as flat screen smart TV’s, USB charging ports by the bed, King Coil beds and rainfall showers, and we provide complimentary high speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

We have enhanced all of our cleaning procedures ensuring the safety of our guests and staff is paramount.

We are accredited by third-party assessor Bureau Veritas and have been awarded a ‘Certificate of Assurance’ for our regimes.  Within this we ‘clean and seal’ all rooms and use Anolyte electro-chemically activated water for additional sanitisation.

We also focus on public area touchpoints and have social distancing markers and sanitisation stations throughout the hotel, and additional information can be found here if needs be.

Meetings Space offering

We have 4 flexible meeting rooms and a large breakout area – all located on the First Floor.

Our dedicated meetings and events host is available to run through the meeting agenda and ensure smooth running of your event.  They will also greet and guide delegates to the space on arrival.

All of our meeting rooms have natural daylight and in-room temperature control to ensure a comfortable setting.

Our large interconnecting room features 2 projectors and screens which are click and connect.  The Linen and Cotton meeting rooms have large flat-screen TV’s which can also connect via HDMI / VGA connections and display presentations.

We provide additional extras for all meetings such as:

  • Still/sparkling water & sweets
  • 1 x flipchart and markers
  • Stationery including pads and pencils for each attendee

Food & Drink

We can offer in-room catering and also our breakout area has credenzas for breaks should guests wish to refresh outside of the meeting room.  This area also has a relaxed comfortable seating area.

Alternatively we can offer dining in our spacious open-plan Grain & Grill restaurant (which can comfortably hold up to 80 people).

Our award-winning chef focuses on signature dishes from locally sourced produce.  We can cater for special dietary requirements and outline all of our allergens used for dishes.

We also have a Red Bean Roastery offering signature blends of coffee and snacks throughout the day.

We are centrally located ( 2 minute walk to Belfast City Hall) and a very short distance to all public transport links such as Great Victoria Train Station.

We are just a 10 minute drive from George Best Belfast City Airport.
