Roehampton Venues is made up of Elm Grove conference centre dedicated to events all year round with 2 floors of meeting space and guest bedrooms along with beautiful Georgian properties Grove and Parkstead House both with fabulous lawn areas available in Summer and weekends.
We are accredited with the ‘Gold Green Meetings award’ from Green Tourism, ‘Good to Go’ from Visit Britain and ‘Aim Safe Venue’ awarded by The Meetings Industry Association.

Elm Grove – The technologically advanced purpose-built training centre offers two floors of meeting space – the Oak suites 1,2,3 together with a capacity for 140 guests can be used as one or split into 3, there are 2 boardrooms holding up to 10 delegates perfect for smaller meetings or breakout space, with the Lime Tree suite on the top floor with its own copper terrace looking out onto the London skyline it is perfect for catering, teambuilding, and networking.
We also have 31 bedrooms ideal for residential conferences or just a night’s stay.
Grove House & Lawns – Set in glorious grounds this Beautiful Grade II listed Georgian villa retains many original features and is a very versatile space for team away days. We can offer 3 main rooms in the house for meetings up to 200 guests. We have plenty of landscaped lawns to enjoy for groups of 30 – 500 guests with a beautiful terrace and rose garden perfect for teambuilding and summer events. We can offer the option of large marquee or the main house as a wet weather option, a fabulous blank canvas to wow your guests.
Parkstead House & Lawns– Our iconic Grade I listed villa offers an exceptional setting with views overlooking Richmond Park. Fantastic vast lawns perfect for large events and marquees. There are a selection of lecture theatre and classroom spaces. The mixture of traditional meeting space and vast grounds, offers an effective environment for corporate events and team away days.
We have teambuilding and summer packages ready to enjoy with fabulous barbecues and drinks selections included – talk to us about your event brief and we can tailor for you.
In the summer, in addition to our fantastic modern and affordable 31 guest bedrooms we offer our 500+ en-suite bedrooms within our student residences perfect for residential events and a convenient and comfortable place to sleep after a busy summer event. We provide dedicated event management support with guidance to help you navigate your event planning.

Any profits from conferences are re-invested back into Roehampton University supporting the redevelopment of campuses and education projects.
Roehampton Venues is easy to find, located a 15-minute walk or 5 min bus ride from Barnes Station.
There are excellent transport links. Just an 18-minute journey on the train from London Waterloo, 7 mins on train into London from Richmond Station. We are close to A3 and M4 connecting to the M25 and London Airports.
We offer pre-booked free parking although green transport options are encouraged.
