Accommodation & Meeting Space

With space for up to 60 adults or 25 sleepers across 6 yurts and 2 bell tents on a shared basis; our yurts unite people.

Experience a one-of-a-kind event derived from our paleo roots in ancestral canvas tents furnished to a high standard or held in the great outdoors around a roaring fire; supported by a dedicated event manager to look after your every need including:

⁃ Logs for the fire pit

⁃ Dedicated event manager available throughout out the day to deal with suppliers

⁃ Tea, herbal teas, coffees and biscuits self service available throughout out the day

⁃ Visual aids – plasma TV for your meetings, Flip Chart – whiteboard, pens and pads.

Our facilities transport you to a simpler time where humans connected on a deep and intrinsic level. While suitably rural, our site offers mod-cons like:

Beautiful wooden washrooms and eco-friendly compost toilets
An outside kitchen under the parachutes is equipped with crockery, cutlery, tea, herbal teas and coffees, drinking water and camping gas cookers
Timber framed straw bale structure for meetings and gatherings for up to 40 adults with an entrancing fire pit (available from July 2023)
A woodsy covered seating area under the parachutes in the forest for up to 40 adults
An onsite car park for 8 cars; more cars can be accommodated at overflow car park 5 min walk. The site is also accessible by a 19-seater minibus.
Visual aids – plasma TV for your meetings, Flip Chart – whiteboard, pens and pads.
Dedicated support during day/night – your event manager will be at hand to ensure everything runs to schedule on the day and night.
