Meetings Space

With a range of event spaces, our hotel is the ideal choice for everything from meetings and interviews to conferences for up to 200. The majority of our air-conditioned meeting rooms are equipped with all the latest AV facilities including inbuilt sound systems, projectors and screens, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Plus, we have ample on-site parking and plenty of overnight accommodation for delegates.

  • THE NORTON SUITE This bright, airy room on the first floor is the perfect choice for smaller meetings up to 15 delegates or more intimate private dinners. It comes with access to our ‘hub’ area with refreshment station which is ideal during break times.
  • THE ADDERLEY SUITE With space for up to 30 delegates theatre style, The Adderley is ideal for smaller presentations or breakout sessions. The Adderley can be combined to the Norton Suite to create a fantastic space for presentations, formal dinners, and networking to accommodate up 60 delegates.
  • THE WESTMINSTER SUITE Situated on the ground floor, The Westminster can accommodate up to 40 delegates theatre-style and is flooded with natural daylight and views of the stunning golf course.
  • THE LIBRARY This delightful ground floor room with beautiful views of the golf course offers patio doors to step out during breaks and grab some fresh air. Perfect to accommodate up to 8 delegates.
  • THE HENLEY IN ARDEN SUITE Discover our dedicated meeting suite which offers its own private entrance and registration area. Our stunning Henley in Arden Suite can be used as a large conference room to accommodate up to 200 delegates and can be separated into four syndicate spaces or transformed for an elegant and exclusive evening dinner with a use of your private bar. With private garden areas and views of the surrounding countryside the flexible suite is ideal for accommodating your event.
  • THE HENLEY SUITE Offering stunning views of the hotel grounds and having no pillars, any set up can be comfortably accommodated in this space to accommodate up to 80 delegates.
  • THE ARDEN SUITE Next door to our Henley Suite and offering beautiful views the Arden can accommodate up to 70 delegates theatre-style or 60 guests for dinner.
  • THE HENLEY SYNDICATE This smaller room offers air conditioning, natural day light and is able to accommodate up to 20 delegates.
  • THE WARWICK SUITE With its own private bar and room for up to 60, Warwick is perfect for large dinner parties or corporate events

We are ideally located south of Birmingham, situated just 3 miles from the M42 (Junction 2).

Travelling to us by rail our nearest station is Redditch Train Station located just 2 miles away or alternatively Birmingham International Rail Station is 19 miles from the hotel.
