Introduction

The property has been a hotel for over 400 years (previously known as The Swan and The White Swan).

Originally a coaching inn, local legend maintains that Oliver Cromwell billeted his troops here in 1643.  The hotel has been lovingly refurbished and has 49 bedrooms.

Dining options include our AA Rosette Duke’s restaurant plus newly appointed Laura Ashley Tea Rooms.

The Old Town Hall opposite the hotel has been developed into a dedicated conference & event venue with 10 meeting rooms & event space.

Conference and Meeting Space offering

The Old Town Hall conference centre is home to our Ballroom which can seat up to 200 guests and splits nicely into two sections.

With its high ceilings and chandeliers it provides a perfect setting for conferences, social and corporate gatherings.

Smaller meeting rooms take from 10-20 guests boardroom style.

Our basement function room “The Cellar” is ideal for corporate or social events with its own bar and dance floor.

Our beautifully designed and comfortable Suites are a real treat. Both The Hayloft and The Carriage House have a spacious Lounge area with a Galleried bedroom, air conditioning.

The Postillions Suite has a Galleried bedroom with a seating area downstairs, and air conditioning, whilst the Villiers Suite has a beautiful luxurious bathroom with a bath for two, a spacious lounge area and bedroom all on the same level with easy access to this suite via a lift.

All of the Suites have complimentary Wifi, Coffee, Tea Making Facilities, and are perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a quiet space to plan the day ahead.

The property is conveniently located between Milton Keynes & Bicester and close to the attractions of Silverstone and Bletchley Park.

Milton Keynes train station is 20 minutes away and trains offer regular services into central London taking from just 35 minutes. Complimentary car parking is available in our private car park.
