In total the resort has over 50 meeting spaces, which are supported by great tech, and a team that cares. Our largest space, The Rosewood Suite, can seat up to 620 delegates theatre style.
All our event spaces are designed with flexibility in mind and the three different venues lend themselves to a wide variety of events.
In total the resort has 403 bedrooms, meaning a multi-day event is possible.

We’re situated just outside the historic market town of St. Neots, which is midway between Cambridge and Milton Keynes. Getting to us is easy, with great transport links to the A1, M1 and M11.
The nearest train station is St. Neots, just a short 5-minute drive away, which has regular trains to and from London Kings Cross St. Pancras.
If you’re travelling by air, Luton airport is only a 45-minute car journey from us, whilst Stansted is just over an hour.
