With so many now working from home or only occasionally coming into the office it represents a real challenge in engaging your employees on a regular basis. We have designed a concept that rather than being a one-off event is instead a series of challenges that take place on a weekly basis, to drive engagement and competitive spirit during these tricky times.
Loosely based around the hugely popular “Taskmaster” TV show, you will on Monday be set a challenge for the week from one of four categories – creative, physical, technical & just plain silly!
See a sample activityAn instructional video will be available to view online, outlining the rules and parameters; participants can practise to their hearts content… before the Grand Final (which may feature a head-to-head finale) every Friday to crown the weekly winner.
A league table will be created with all players ranked according to their efforts. This can be viewed online and is updated weekly with two tables – one showing current scores for all tasks completed to date, and another with the results for the latest task.
To keep things interesting & ensure continued engagement, we may introduce bonus weeks or bonus points for those whose effort may not be matched by their results!
