Get your delegates enthused and interacting with a Drone Flyover providing a memorable introduction or finale to your event – with the takeaway footage to prove it!
Pre-event, we shall agree with you on a design which could be anything from a company logo, to new branding or simply a piece of beautiful artwork – each delegate is then issued with an A2-sized piece of card, each printed with a small section of the entire artwork.
The challenge arises from guests having to arrange themselves in the perfect spot – just one or two people in the wrong position, will scupper the perfect shot!
With the help of our Event Manager each member of the group must find their place within a numbered grid and ensure they are holding their piece of the puzzle correctly.
On cue, as the drone hovers overhead ready to capture the moment, everyone raises their cards in unison to create ‘the bigger picture’ and all captured on camera to be taken away as a unique memento, and displayed throughout your conference.
