Activity length can vary depending on type and team size. Sessions can typically run from 1-3 hours, but can also be held as an all-day event. Many activities can be tailored to meet your needs. Whether you’re looking for a quick energiser to keep your teams focused or looking for a longer, more immersive experience, we can make it an unforgettable occasion.

How much will the activities cost

Cost of activities can vary depending on the length of the session, the size of the team and the type of activity. You can find events suitable for every budget and team size through our website. For example, we can provide a selection of simple informal games with a minimum spend of £900. However, for team-based events requiring an appropriate number of staff & equipment to engage your whole group together, this will likely range from £40 to £80 per head – please do note that per head costs will always be higher for smaller groups, and vice versa.

Evening entertainment, which requires individual entertainers, usually starts from £500, whilst informal entertainment starts from £850 & team-based events such as quiz nights from £1,500 or £20 per head.

Evenings that follow a theme have a minimum spend of £1,000 this includes 2 staff for setup, and table dressing for your theme is from £21 per person, allowing you to create anything from a simple yet elegant table dressing, to extravagant props, lighting & entertainers depending on your vision & of course your budget!

When it comes to Venue finding, we do not charge on your behalf, as we are paid through commission by the hotel/venue of your choice.
With conference management, these sessions are either charged on an hourly or per-project basis. The cost is dependent on your requirements.
