A Festival-Themed Outdoor Team Building Experience
Taking full advantage of the grounds at Rookery Hall, KDM Events transformed the venue into a vibrant festival setting. Colourful picnic benches, parasols, bunting and a giant striped deckchair created a relaxed atmosphere where colleagues could socialise and enjoy the day together. The centrepiece of the event was a carefully selected programme of outdoor team building activities that catered to a wide range of interests and abilities. Whether guests preferred friendly competition, adrenaline-fuelled challenges or simply trying something new, there was plenty to enjoy.
Popular activities included Axe Throwing, Laser Clay Shooting, Longbow and Crossbow Archery, Segways, Beach Volleyball, Dart Football, Gladiator Joust and a crowd-favourite Surf Simulator. These experiences encouraged teamwork, communication and plenty of laughter.
Classic Fun for Everyone
No company festival would be complete without traditional fairground entertainment. KDM Events supplied a bespoke games package featuring nostalgic attractions that encouraged guests to get involved at their own pace.
Guests tested their skills at Coconut Shy, Test Your Strength, Cork Gun Duck Shoot, Rolla Bingo, Rolla Coin, Roller Bowler, 6-Hole Crazy Golf and a Basketball Shootout. With activities suitable for all abilities, the festival atmosphere ensured everyone could participate and enjoy the occasion.
