Our client’s brief was for KDM was to transform their warehouse facility to create a functional meeting space and outdoor oasis. Inside the warehouse, an impressive AV setup was meticulously arranged, complete with partition screens to accommodate the 340 person kick-off meeting.
Meanwhile, outside, KDM’s creative touch transformed the surroundings into a vibrant social hub. Giant bunting units and flags adorned the space, complemented by picnic benches and parasols, creating an inviting outdoor seating area. The culinary experience was elevated with the presence of food vans offering a diverse array of delights, from traditional fish & chips to tantalizing Greek gyros and the rich flavours of India, not forgetting the Ice Cream Vans serving up unlimited scoops and chilled beverages.
Furthermore, KDM orchestrated outdoor team-building activities, utilising the expansive grassed area on-site. Among these activities was our extremely fun Wiped Out inflatable challenge, where guests were divided into teams and engaged in sessions throughout the day.
This approach ensured that the event not only met but exceeded the client’s expectations, fostering collaboration, engagement, and lasting memories among attendees.
