Winter Wonderland Themed Evening – 14 December 2023

The Brief…

Winter Wonderland Themed Event. This annual event was for an animal pharmaceutical company for 365 guests, bringing together two business units for a fun filled evening.

KDM Events conducted client meetings before the event took place to discuss what theme would work well, before selecting our Winter Wonderland theme and providing a proposal to the client, to finalise their chosen elements.

With Event Management on site for the set up and to ensure everything ran smoothly, we provided full table dressing, a props package, window draping and curtain reveals to change the space into something special.

With singers on arrival to welcome guests, secret waiters during dinner, a DJ set, and a 7-piece band, along with LED stilt walkers, mirror men and a games package – the evening was filled with something for everyone to enjoy.
