The cost of activities for Christmas varies depending on the chosen activities and theme, the size of the team and the length of the Christmas event you would like. We organise events suitable for every budget and team size. For example, we offer a selection of simple informal games with a minimum spend of £900. However, for team-based events requiring an appropriate number of staff & equipment to engage your whole group together, this will likely range from £40 to £80 per head – please do note that per head costs will always be higher for smaller groups, and vice versa.
Evening entertainment, which requires individual entertainers, typically starts from £500, whilst informal entertainment starts from £850 & team-based events such as quiz nights from £1,500 or £20 per head.
Themed evenings require a minimum spend of £1,000. This includes 2 staff for setup, and table dressing for your theme is from £21 per person, allowing you to create anything from a simple yet elegant table dressing, to extravagant props, lighting & entertainers, depending on your vision & of course your budget!
Venue finding is complimentary as we are paid through commission by the location of your choice. The cost is dependent on your requirements.
