Chaotic Community Live Event, London

At KDM Events, we believe the most memorable corporate events are those that create genuine connections and leave a lasting impact. On 6 June 2026, we were proud to partner with Chaotic to deliver their vibrant Community Live Event at Hucksters in central London, welcoming 160 guests for an inspiring day of entertainment, networking and shared experiences.

The Brief

Chaotic wanted to bring together members of its growing community in a relaxed, engaging environment where guests could connect, share experiences and enjoy a memorable day out.

As an innovative competition platform, Chaotic is redefining what social impact can look like. With every competition entry, the company helps support SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) families across the UK. Founded on a mission that is deeply personal to its founder, Chaotic donates 5% of its profits to SEND initiatives, helping to fund vital resources, opportunities and support services for families who need them most.

The live event was designed to celebrate this incredible community, strengthen relationships and create opportunities for parents, carers and supporters to meet face-to-face.

The Solution

Working closely with the Chaotic team, KDM Events provided comprehensive event support to ensure every detail ran smoothly from arrival through to the close of the event. Our experienced event team managed guest registration, creating a warm and welcoming first impression while ensuring a seamless check-in experience for all attendees.

To enhance the day’s entertainment, we organised an outstanding close-up magician who amazed guests with interactive performances throughout the venue, encouraging conversation and creating unforgettable moments. Live music added energy and atmosphere, helping guests relax and enjoy the occasion while networking with like-minded people.

As part of the event experience, we also supplied and coordinated the production of 175 branded tote bags filled with carefully selected giveaways, including mugs, stress balls, keyrings and handheld fans. Every attendee also received a commemorative pin badge, giving them a lasting reminder of a truly meaningful day.

The Event

Hosted at the lively Hucksters venue in central London, the event welcomed 160 guests from Chaotic’s supportive community, many of whom are parents and carers of children with SEND.

The programme centred around connection, inspiration and celebration. A panel of influencers shared honest and heartfelt stories about their own experiences, creating an open and supportive environment where guests felt understood and encouraged. Throughout the day, attendees had plenty of opportunities to network, exchange ideas and build relationships with others facing similar challenges. The combination of insightful discussions, engaging entertainment and a relaxed social setting created an atmosphere that was both uplifting and empowering.

The close-up magic proved to be a fantastic conversation starter, while the live music kept the energy high throughout the event. The branded merchandise was extremely well received, giving guests practical keepsakes that reflected the Chaotic brand and its commitment to its community.

The Results

The Community Live Event successfully achieved its goal of bringing people together through shared experiences and meaningful conversation. From seamless registration to carefully coordinated entertainment, every aspect of the event was designed to create a welcoming environment where guests could simply enjoy themselves and connect with others.
