ESVP & ECVP Annual Congress 2025

In October 2025, The European Society of Veterinary Pathology (ESVP) and The European College of Veterinary Pathologists (ECVP) partnered with KDM Events to deliver their prestigious annual congress – a four-day international symposium held in Bristol, UK.

KDM Events provided full event management for conference delivery, creating a seamless experience for delegates, speakers, sponsors and organisers alike. Our team designed and built a bespoke event website complete with online registration and ticketing functionality. We managed delegate bookings, communications and accommodation arrangements, ensuring attendees had access to all the information they needed before and during the event.

In addition, KDM coordinated sponsor and exhibitor management, speaker liaison, abstract submissions and poster displays. We also produced professional event materials including delegate badges, lanyards and programme brochures, while managing venue branding and sourcing branded goody bags for attendees.

Alongside venue sourcing, KDM coordinated delegate accommodation, ensuring guests could stay conveniently close to the event locations.

Effective registration management is a critical component of successful event management for conference programmes. Our bespoke web registration platform enabled delegates to book quickly and efficiently while providing valuable attendee data and reporting.

Throughout the planning process, KDM managed all delegate communications, ensuring participants received timely updates, travel information and event details. Upon arrival, delegates were welcomed with professionally produced badges, branded lanyards and comprehensive event brochures outlining the four-day programme.
