About Kat

We’re delighted to welcome Kat, who joined us in April 2025 as our Staffing and Finance Administrator. Kat brings a wealth of experience from a variety of office-based roles, including HR, Payroll, Finance, and Event Planning—making her a fantastic addition to the team.

Known for her strong organisational skills and keen eye for detail, Kat takes real pride in her work and finds great satisfaction in seeing a job well done

Outside the office, family is at the heart of everything Kat does. She loves spending time with her partner and two daughters, whether they’re exploring European cities, enjoying a West End musical, or heading out on a scenic countryside walk.

Kat has also joined the growing group of dog lovers at KDM, thanks to Milo, her lively Springer Spaniel, who’s now a cherished member of the family.

We’re thrilled to have Kat on board and can’t wait to see the positive impact she’ll bring to the team!
