Aside from the 270 acres of land on offer for outdoor events, we also offer incredible flexibility for events of all sizes within the indoor spaces that are available.
Our facilities and space allow us to cater for a huge variety of events, and we love working with organisers to make their ideas come to life.

Our all-inclusive day delegate rates include room hire, flip chart and pens, projector, screen and laptop, buffet lunch, 4 servings of tea and coffee, parking, Wi-Fi, conference pens and paper, water and bowls of sweets on tables.
If you’d prefer to tailor make your own event, we offer room hire rates giving you the flexibility to add on catering and any other services you require.
The Lincolnshire Showground is owned by the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society – a charitable organisation founded in 1869.
As a charitable organisation, we are truly passionate about promoting and supporting education, food, farming and the countryside within Lincolnshire’s local community. 100% of surplus funds from events are gift aided back into the charity to deliver our educational work.
The Society have significantly increased our events throughout the year to reflect these aims, including Farmhouse Breakfast Week, Countryside Lincs, the Schools’ Challenge, Lincolnshire Day and much more.
The Lincolnshire Showground is located four miles north of Lincoln, the main entrance to the Showground is at Gate 1, immediately off the A15 – our postcode is LN2 2NA.
Lincoln Central Train station is 15 minutes away by road, or 30 minutes to Newark North Gate Train Station.
The train journey from Newark to London Kings Cross is less than 80 minutes. The Showground is serviced by bus 103, Lincoln Bus Station – Kirton in Lindsey.
