Meetings & Events

We have nine flexible rooms, some small and intimate others large and quite spectacular with our grand Oulton Suite that can accommodate up to 350 people. This suite also has a private terrace area, perfect to break out with colleagues and relax.

The Claret Jug is bright and airy offering stunning views over our golf course, so whether a small team meeting or large conference we can cater for any event.

We also have a dedicated team building field for that all important team bonding experience!

We love meetings as much as you do and that is why our dedicated team will be on hand to ensure all the details are taken care of so you can relax in the confidence that we have it covered.

Time to relax

It’s not all work, work, work. After your meeting take some time to relax. We have three 9 hole golf courses with a large driving range.

Need a pamper? Our luxurious spa is one of the finest in Yorkshire offering a range of treatments. Or, work up a sweat in our gym before a dip in the pool.

And, the luxury doesn’t end there. Our butlers are known for one of the most delicious afternoon teas around and when the day is over unwind in one of our 152 bedrooms.

There’s free parking for up to 300 cars and our central location just off the M62 and M1 and close to mainline rail links and Leeds Bradford Airport, means that no-one will have to travel too far, no matter where they are coming from.
