Tudor Barn Eltham is the last remaining barn in London making it a truly unique venue.

Set in acres of beautiful Instagrammable parkland and gardens, and dating back to 1525, the Tudor Barn is the perfect place for special celebrations. We’re ready to host your business conferences, away days, team building events and dinners.

Less than 20 minutes to London Bridge Tudor Barn makes for the perfect away day for all clients.

Meetings and Conferences

Our Tudor Gallery is the perfect space for private dinners, meeting, conferences and indoor team building activities – accommodating up to 200 standing guests and 160 seated.

Downstairs is home to our gastro pub and restaurant space which is a great space for cocktail receptions, canapes and a breakaway space – accommodating 100 standing guests and 75 seated.

Outdoor Space

Our stunning front lawn space directly in front of the barn is great for team building activities, lawn games and much more & can accommodate groups of up to 300 guests.

We are located within 13 acres of stunning parkland of which spaces can be hired for much larger team building activities such as it’s a knock out or crystal maze challenge.

Where to find us

Tudor Barn Eltham is located within Well Hall Pleasaunce in South East London, Eltham. Due to being located within a park we have no on site parking facilities onsite. Parking can be accommodated along Kidbrooke Lane, which has no restrictions and is less than a 2 minute walk. Alternatively, Well Hall Road has a 90 minute parking restriction.

Private Events: Car Park Facilities – we have a car park within walking distance to Tudor Barn which can be hired for all private events and weddings.

Eltham Railway Station is only five minutes away with fast trains to London Bridge via Lewisham (DLR). There are also regular Buses (124, 132, 160, 161 & 286) to Bromley, Catford, Chislehurst, Eltham and Woolwich.
