Holding up to 250 people with interiors put together by designer Lisa Lipscomb, “Room” has the heart of a grand event space with the soul of studio 54.
Delicously different to any other venue in the North, “Room” is a Pandora’s box of beauty, giant disco balls shimmer over plush velvets, intricate tiles and gorgeous greenery all framed by the view.
Complete with it’s own pizza oven and private access to the Roof Garden full of deck chairs, and stunning views of the Lake.
As well as all of this we have Green Room, our private screen room, karaoke room, board room..complete with 98 inch interactive screen, HD camera and ceiling microphone, which integrate with all video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, Skype etc.) as well as BluRay/DVD Player, Sky TV, Apple TV, PS4 and Karaoke.
As well we have 4 other boardrooms accommodation up to 80 people in it’s largest one, all have plasma screens, air conditioning and natural daylight.
Our external space the Roof Garden that oozes excellence, the perfect terrace for any party. Complete with outside bar, firepits and relaxed seating so you can sip and soak up the coastal sunsets.

From the M6 exit junction 26 onto M58, exit M58 junction 3 onto A570 towards Southport, follow A570 into town centre at the T junction take right onto A565. At next main traffic lights take left up to the Promenade, at the lights take a right the hotel can be found on left hand side.
To reach the car park drive past the hotel and Convention Centre, next road on your left brings you behind both of the buildings where the car park can be found underneath the hotel.
Car parking is available at the hotel on a first come first serve basis, book direct and get safe, secure, complimentary parking.
