Do I need to book my venue or will KDM organise this?

Through our webpage, you will be able to locate a venue in your preferred location. We can also chat through your requirements with you to help you find the best possible venue. Our expert team is here to take the stress away, handling the venue booking and event organisation for you.

How long will each session last?

Activity length can vary depending on type and team size. Sessions can typically run from 1-3 hours, but can also be held as an all-day event. Many activities can be tailored to meet your needs. Whether you’re looking for a quick energiser to keep your teams focused or looking for a longer, more immersive experience, we can make it an unforgettable occasion.

How much will the activities cost

Activity costs depend on session length, team size, and the type of experience you choose. We have options that suit all budgets and group sizes. We offer a range of team games starting from a minimum spend of £900. For larger, fully facilitated events which require additional staff and equipment, pricing typically ranges between £40 to £80 per person. Please note that per-person costs will be higher for smaller groups and decrease as group size increases.

Evening entertainment requires individual entertainers, starting from £500, whilst informal entertainment starts from £850 & team-based events such as quiz nights start from £1,500 or £20 per head.

Themed evening events start from a minimum spend of £1,000. This includes two staff members for setup. Table dressing starts from £21 per person, giving you the flexibility to create anything from simple, elegant setups to full-scale themed experiences with props, lighting, and entertainment, tailored to your vision and budget.
For venue sourcing, we don’t charge a fee, as we receive commission directly from the selected hotel or venue.
Conference management services are available on an hourly or per-project basis, with pricing dependent on the scope and specific requirements of your event.

How far in advance do I need to book my Cardiff team building day?

We recommend booking your team building event as early as possible to secure your preferred date, venue and activity especially if you’re planning for a peak period such as summer or Christmas. Ideally, aim to book at least 6–8 weeks in advance. However, we understand that plans can change quickly, so we’re always happy to accommodate last-minute bookings where availability allows.
